Justice reform goes on

Judge Dorina Croitor from Strășeni has passed the external evaluation. The Vetting Commission's report was approved on 7 October by the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM).

According to the CSM, the decision was made after analyzing the conclusions presented by the evaluation commission, which examined the magistrate's professional integrity, ethics and financial conduct.

The vetting process is part of broader efforts to reform the judiciary and aims to strengthen transparency, accountability, and public confidence in the judicial system.

The external integrity evaluation program was launched in 2023 and is being conducted in stages, targeting all judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Moldova. So far, several magistrates have been evaluated, with some passing the process, while others are still undergoing checks.
