
List of states for requiring entry quarantine regime in Moldova announced
Chisinau, 6 August /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection / MSMPS / approved today the list of states for which the self-isolation regime is required upon entering the territory of the Republic of Moldova. It includes 72 countries and will enter into force on 9 August.
According to MSMPS, the list was prepared in accordance with the decision of the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission and will be valid for seven days. The new list also includes countries where our compatriots work, including Italy, Spain, Portugal, Israel, the Netherlands, Russia, Ireland, the USA, France, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
The list is updated every seven days on Friday and enters into force on Monday of the following week. The indicator for the inclusion in the list of the states for which the self-isolation regime is imposed at the entry of persons in the Republic of Moldova represents the incidence of cases of COVID-19 infection greater than or equal to 100 cases per 100,000 population.
Persons who cross the state border on the way to enter the Republic of Moldova, and come, directly or in transit, from the states for which the self-isolation regime is imposed, must fill in the epidemiological form, as well as sign the declaration on own responsibility to observe the 14-day self-isolation regime.
