Chisinau, Sep 27 /MOLDPRES/- The decree on dismissal of Eduard Ohladciuc from the post of chief of the National Army General Staff was published in the Official Journal today.
Under the document, Ohladciuc resigns from the post. The decree shall enter into force upon signing and may be challenged in court within the term provided by law.
On September 18, the government proposed to the Head of State to dismiss Eduard Ohladciuc. The proposal came after his military service contract expired.
