
Viorel Morari restored to position of chief prosecutor of Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office
Chisinau, 17 September /MOLDPRES/- Viorel Morari has been restored to the position of chief prosecutor of the Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office. The order stipulating this was signed on September 17 by acting Prosecutor General Dumitru Robu.
The General Prosecutor's Office announced that the reinstatement of the post took place following the reconciliation transaction, as a result of the action in administrative litigation.
Therefore, today the interim position of chief prosecutor of the Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office, served by Eduard Varzar ceased. Viorel Morari resigned as head of the Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office in late April.
