
Moldovan gymnast gets silver medal at Grand Prix Miss Valentine competitions in Estonia
Chisinau, 27 February /MOLDPRES/ - Gymnast Iana Caraman has won the silver medal at the exercise with circle and ranked fourth at the exercise with ball, at the pre-juniors category, at the rhythmic gymnastics Grand Prix Miss Valentine, held in Estonia on 22-26 February 2023.
According to Moldova’s Embassy in Estonia, another young gymnast of the national team, Sofia Bulat, qualified for the final competitions, at the under-19 category, at the exercises with bludgeons and with ribbon.
Miss Valentine Tartu Grand Prix is regarded as one of the most prestigious international competitions of rhythmic gymnastics in the world. Moldova participated for the first time ever at the 2023 year edition, where the best sportswomen from 51 countries were present.
