Moldova's Public Services Agency launches new Civil Status Documents information system as of November 3
The Public Services Agency (ASP) will launch the new Civil Status Documents information system starting from November 3.
According to the cited source, the new system will allow for the expansion of online services, shortening the time of processing requests and making interaction between citizens and state institutions easier.
To ensure the technical and organizational implementation of the system, ASP has announced more temporary restrictions in the provision of civil status services.
Thus, during October 20 – November 4, citizens will not be able to submit online applications for civil status services. Applications can be submitted only to ASP's multifunctional centers and the the Civil Status Documents Issuance and Audience Department.
On October 23-24, applications for services with a 5-day term will not be accepted. On October 27-28, civil status services may be requested only ‘’on the day of visiting’’ or with a term of 20-25 working days. Applications will be accepted until 12:00, with no prior scheduling available.
During October 29-31, the activity of all civil status subdivisions at the multifunctional centers and the Audience Department will be suspended. Applications will not be accepted on these days.
