
Moldova to benefit from financing for air traffic management
Chisinau, May 2. /MOLDPRES/- Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Lilia Dabija, together with representative of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL) signed today an Agreement on implementation of the Voluntary Solidarity Fund regarding European air traffic management, in support of the air navigation service provider MoldATSA company.
According to the document, our country will benefit from non-refundable financial support for the field of air traffic management, with a value of three million euros.
"The solidarity fund provides non-refundable financial support for the field of air traffic management in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, of which for our country with a maximum value of three million euros", indicates MIDR.
The fund will be used to cover personnel and training costs, as well as any other expenses necessary to ensure operational readiness and continuity of processes within the air navigation service provider.
