Vignette payment now available online via EVO government platform
The National Road Administration (AND) announces the launch of the vignette payment service on the government platform evo.gov.md, starting from March 20, 2026.
According to the institution, the new service allows owners of vehicles registered abroad to pay the road usage fee for national roads online, without the need to go to physical points or use paper-based documents.
AND representatives specify that the vignette payment can be completed in just a few steps directly on the platform, offering access from anywhere, including for citizens abroad. At the same time, the system enables digital verification of the vignette, facilitating control and reducing the risk of errors or loss of documents.
"The integration of this service is part of the process of modernizing and digitalizing public services, aiming to simplify procedures and improve user access. The service is already active and can be accessed online, and for additional information, citizens can call the contact numbers made available by the institution," the National Road Administration concludes.
