Commission for Emergency Situations approved new decisions
Chisinau, Dec. 2 /MOLDPRES/- A plot of land with an area of 0.4 ha was transferred from the Moldsilva property to the Customs Service administration to streamline road traffic and continue the rehabilitation and modernization works of the Sculeni customs post, on the Moldovan-Romanian border. The decision was approved at today's meeting of the Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE), chaired by Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.
The modernization works of the Sculeni customs post are part of a large project for the rehabilitation of the customs offices Albița - Leușeni, Sculeni - Sculeni and Giurgiulești - Giurgiulești, funded by the Executive, with EU support.
Also, the CSE Instruction provides for the simplification of the procedures for the purchase, design, installation and connection of generators. Thus, the public authorities will send to the Public Procurement Agency the report and the decision to award the contract as a result of the negotiation procedure without publication, arguing the need for urgent procurement. The Public Procurement Agency will examine the documents within 24 hours.
