
Moldovan president attends opening of Paris Summer Olympic Games
Chisinau, 26 July /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu participates in the opening of the 2024 Paris Summer Olympic Games, along with over 100 leaders from all over the world.
According to the presidential press service, Moldova will be represented by 26 sportspeople, who got nine titles of world champions and 11 ones of European champions. They will take part in ten sports events included in the Schedule of the Olympic Games.
During the visit, the head of state will met the Diaspora from Nice, the biggest community of Moldovans after the Paris one.
