
Over 1,000 children of Moldova to visit Presidency as part of European Excursion educational programme, launched by government
Over 75 children from the districts of Anenii Noi, Cantemir, Floresti and Falesti today visited the Presidency, as part of the European Excursion educational programme, launched by the government. The pupils, accompanied by teachers and employees from the Apparatus President of Moldova, visited the main plenary session hall of the first Parliament, the place where the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Moldova was voted, the presidential library, which hosts an important collection of books and protocol gifts, as well as the hall of distinctions. The children were curious to learn details about the duties of the president and the activities of the presidential administration.
The educational programme, European Excursion, takes place from June 24 to July 20, 2025, and aims to facilitate free educational and cultural experiences for pupils from villages. The programme will involve 1,300 pupils aged between 10 and 16 from various settlements of Moldova.
