Speaker Igor Grosu held a farewell meeting with United States Chargé d'Affaires in our country Daniela DiPierro.
Grosu expressed gratitude on behalf of the institutions and citizens of the Republic of Moldova for the constant support offered by the United States, emphasizing the essential role of the Moldovan-American strategic partnership in development and reform processes.
“The US is a strong partner for our country, especially in the fields of energy security, economic development, and combating hybrid threats. We will continue the dialogue and collaboration, especially in this very responsible period for our European future,” he said.
Grosu appreciated Daniela DiPierro’s activity during her mandate, highlighting her contribution to strengthening bilateral relations between the Republic of Moldova and the United States and promoting common democratic values.
