Moldovan deputy PM, GIZ Moldova country director discuss projects benefiting citizens on both banks of Dniester River

Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Valeriu Chiveri today had a working meeting with Country Director of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Moldova Claudia Hermes.

The discussions focused on assistance programmes and projects promoted with the support of GIZ, aimed at strengthening trust between communities on both banks of the Dniester River and supporting their sustainable development.

The sides reiterated the need to continue coordinating GIZ projects and activities carried out in the eastern districts of the country with the Bureau for Reintegration Policies, in order to support the efficient implementation of sectoral policies for the country’s reintegration.
