CEC: After processing over 99 percent of reports
The preliminary results of the parliamentary elections, after processing 99.03 percent of the protocols, reveal that PAS obtained 49.85% of the votes, Patriotic Bloc – 24.36%, Alternative Bloc – 8.02%, Our Party – 6.24%, and PPDA – 5.65%.
The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) reiterates that the results presented are preliminary and that the final figures will be announced after processing all protocols.
On 28 September, the citizens of the Republic of Moldova elected the deputies in the future Parliament. According to CEC data, 1,596,530 voters participated, which is about 52% of the total citizens registered on the electoral lists.
