Moldovan–British cooperation discussed in parliament during official visit

The parliament on March 1-3 has hosted an official visit by a delegation of the parliament of the United Kingdom, led by Fabian Hamilton, Chair of the British Group of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.

During the visit, the British MPs had meetings with Radu Marian, head of the parliamentary friendship group with the United Kingdom, and with its members. The meeting focused on prospects for strengthening the interparliamentary dialogue and expanding bilateral cooperation in areas of common interest.

The visit’s agenda also included discussions with Interior Minister Daniella Misail-Nichitin, as well as with Head of the Center for Strategic Communication and Countering Disinformation Ana Revenco.

At the same time, the British delegation had meetings with representatives of the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the Audiovisual Council.
