Natalia Morari: I voted for change that every citizen of Moldova deserves
Chișinău, Oct 20 /MOLDPRES/- Independent presidential candidate Natalia Morari cast her vote today.
"I voted for a change that every citizen of the Republic of Moldova deserves, whether they live in Moldova or have been away from our country for many years. We all deserve this change. I voted for a new Moldova. My expectation is that this president is elected based on free and fair elections and respects the law and the Constitution," she said.
Today, October 20, presidential elections and constitutional republican referendum on Moldova's accession to the European Union are being held.
During the election, citizens receive two ballots—one for the presidential election and the other for the referendum. In the referendum, citizens will answer the question: "Do you agree with amending the Constitution for Moldova's accession to the European Union?"
