PAS launches information and dialogue campaign with citizens
The leader of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), Igor Grosu, said today that the Republic of Moldova is at a 'turning point', and this fall's elections will decide not only the political direction of the country but also its future. The statements were made during the launch of the PAS information and dialogue campaign with citizens - Together we care for Moldova's future, which will take place throughout the country.
The PAS leader presented a retrospective of the achievements of the government over the past four years, noting the increase in the budget allocated to villages and cities, the doubling of family funds, and the almost threefold increase in the minimum pension.
He reiterated that major investments have been made in health, education, and infrastructure, and the European market has become increasingly open to Moldovan products.
Igor Grosu said that the current government has also been prone to mistakes, but he emphasized that PAS is determined to learn from them.
During the campaign, party members, along with volunteers will travel across the country to discuss with citizens about achievements, challenges and the risks posed by the fall elections.
'We need unity, not division. The involvement of every citizen who wants to contribute. We want to counter lies with dialogue and facts. We call on all young people and active citizens to join us as volunteers,' Grosu added.
