Voters to receive 'I VOTED' stickers at polls in Moldova
Voters who go to the polls during the parliamentary election on September 28, 2025, will receive stickers with the message 'I VOTED,' the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has said.
According to the cited source, the initiative aims to turn election day into a memorable experience and encourage citizens' civic involvement.
According to the CEC, the 'I VOTED' symbol strengthens the sense of belonging and civic pride, while also conveying a positive message of democratic mobilization.
At the same time, the institution has prepared special stickers for children — 'Future Voter' — given to those who accompany their parents or grandparents to polling stations.
For young people voting for the first time, phone stickers will be available, meant to mark this unique and symbolic moment in each citizen's life.
On September 28, the citizens of Moldova are expected at the polls to elect their representatives in the parliament.
