Another 48 projects under Casa Verde program approved for funding

Another 48 project proposals submitted for funding through Casa Verde product have been approved by the Financing and Risk Committee of the National Center for Sustainable Energy.

Thus, the total number of projects approved under this call has reached 100. According to the authorities, the process of evaluating the applications is ongoing, with files being examined in the order in which they were registered.

The Ministry of Energy notes that if additional information or adjustments to the applications are required, applicants are informed directly through the dedicated platform and via the email address associated with their MPass account. The evaluators’ comments are updated periodically, and beneficiaries have 10 days to make the requested changes.

The authorities recommend that applicants monitor notifications in feerm.md platform and the messages received by email, as well as verify the correctness and validation of their email address in MPass system, so as not to miss important communications.

Casa Verde program, part of the government FEERM program, offers funding in the form of a reimbursement of 50% of the investment value, up to a limit of 200,000 lei, for energy efficiency works on housing.

Under the second call, 1,000 funding applications were submitted, 300 of which came from Chișinău and 700 from other districts of the country. The program is developed by the Government of the Republic of Moldova and implemented by the National Center for Sustainable Energy.
