Application of asking for military booklet to be able to be submitted online in Moldova
The procedure of requesting the military booklet is becoming simpler. Thus, citizens will be able to submit the application for getting the document online.
More specifically, applicants will be able to fill in and submit the request through the platform www.servicii.gov.md or the EVO application.
"This option contributes to simplifying the interaction with state institutions and makes the entire process of getting the military booklet faster and more convenient for citizens," the Ministry of Defense said.
To request the booklet, citizens are to select the Military Booklet service from the portal www.servicii.gov.md. Subsequently, the applicant will fill out the application form, enter personal data and attach the necessary documents. These include the recruitment certificate and the education act or military department graduation certificate.
The application can be submitted entirely online, anytime, and from anywhere, and the document can be picked up from the Territorial Military Centers where the person is registered. For this, the applicant must present the original identity card, medical certificate (if applicable), the documents submitted online, and two 3X4 format photos.
The military booklet can be requested by individuals who have completed military service and have been placed into reserve; graduates of military departments in higher education institutions; individuals who have acquired Moldovan citizenship and are registered for military service; individuals who have lost the document or need it reinstated.
