Forecast of evolution of epidemiological situation in Moldovan capital reserved - Chisinau city hall's official says
Chisinau, 14 July /MOLDPRES/ - Even if a slow stabilization takes place, the forecast of the evolution of the epidemiological situation in the Chisinau municipality is reserved.
At a today’s meeting of the Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC), the head of the social assistance and health department, Boris Galca, said that ‘’although a slow stabilization is recorded, the forecast of the pandemic situation’s evolution in the Chisinau municipality is a reserved one.’’
At the same time, the official noted that ‘’decision-makers find out that there is no solidarity of the residents as to the observance of the measures of prevention of the COVID-19 infection, and this will lead to the maintaining of the pandemic situation.’’ Fifty five out of those more than 1,000 hotbeds of COVID-19 on 13 July are on the territory of Chisinau,’’ Galca said.
According to the information unveiled, the incidence of the infection with COVID-19 in the Chisinau city is of 650 cases at 100,000 people, up by 140 cases than reported on Moldova.
