Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Moldova to host international endourology conference
The Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (USMF) will organize the International Endourology Conference with the subject, Endourology Without Borders: European Standards, Real Progress. The scientific event focuses on current developments and innovations in the diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of urological diseases.
The opening of the conference will take place on May 22 at the Timofei Mosneaga Republican Clinical Hospital, starting from 8:40. The event will be chaired by Health Minister Emil Ceban, university professor at the USMF’s Department of Urology and Surgical Nephrology. From a scientific standpoint, the proceedings are coordinated by an international committee made up of outstanding professionals in the field.
The forum will be held on May 22 and 23 at the Timofei Mosneaga Republican Clinical Hospital, between 8:00 and 17:00 and will offer participants an extensive programme structured into topic-related sessions, lectures by international experts, round tables, pre-recorded surgical demonstrations and debates on the most current topics in endourology. Topics will include the management of urinary stone disease, advanced ureteroscopy, PCNL techniques, treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, laser surgery and new technologies applied in urology.
The event represents a valuable platform for sharing experience, strengthening academic collaborations and promoting European standards in contemporary medical practice. The scientific gathering will bring together renowned specialists from Moldova, Romania, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ukraine and Israel.
