A drone was spotted today in the locality of Pepeni, northern Sangerei district. Law enforcers are heading to the scene to verify all the circumstances of the case.

Contacted by MOLDPRES, the spokesperson for the General Police Inspectorate, Diana Fetco, said that, until now, law-enforcers had not been notified by any institutions or citizens about this fact.

"Our colleagues more to the scene for checks. We will provide additional information later," said Diana Fetco. At the beginning of last week, a Gerbera drone, of Russian manufacture, fell on the roof of a house in the northern Floresti district. In the wake of the incident, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs presented an official protest note to accredited Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Moldova Oleg Ozerov.
