
Travel warning to Italy
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs citizens of the Republic of Moldova who are in, transiting or planning to travel to the Italian Republic that the Italian territory will be affected by bad weather conditions.
According to the information announced by the authorities, in Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, heavy rainfall is forecasted for 14-15 March 2025, with the risk of floods and landslides. Storms and strong winds are also expected in the affected areas.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends that Moldovans postpone non-essential travel to the mentioned regions and strictly follow the instructions of the Italian authorities.
