VIDEO // Service of cars' sale-purchase available online in Moldova
The service of cars’ sale-purchase is available online through the EVO app. Thus, citizens can sell or buy vehicles already registered in the State Vehicles’ Register from anywhere, without physically going to service counters and without wasting time standing in lines.
The digital service for transferring vehicle ownership is available 24/7, and to use it an electronic signature is required.
To use the service, citizens need to follow a few simple steps: open the EVO app or portal, find the Vehicle sale-purchase service, and fill in the data. Afterwards, both the buyer and the seller must sign electronically and the transaction is instantly registered.
EVO is the integrated government application that simplifies citizens’ access to public services. It was launched on June 6, 2024 and provides access to digital documents, information about citizens and businesses, the ability to make payments for various services and now also the option for powers of attorney.
To access all EVO functionalities, citizens need an electronic signature. A video presentation of the service is available via the embedded Facebook player.
