Moldovan Greco-Roman wrestler becomes Under 23 European champion
A Greco-Roman wrestler of Moldova, Vitalie Eriomenco, has become Under 23 European champion in Tirana.
The sportsman gained four victories at the weight category of 63 kg against Armenian Davit Jotyan, Russian Aleksandr Andreev, Georgian Romeo Beridze and Azeri Ziya Babashov.
Also in Tirana, Alexandrin Guțu (77 kg) won bronze medal, after he had defeated Swedish wrestler Karl Baff in the last match.
