VIDEO // ARBOM offers 80 tickets for Moldova - Bulgaria match to supporters from Taraclia

Football enthusiasts from Taraclia will be able to watch from the stands the friendly match between the national teams of Moldova and Bulgaria, due to be played in Chisinau on June 5. This has become possible thanks to the involvement of the ARBOM Association, which offered tickets to those interested.

The president of the Association, Plamen Milanov, personally went to Taraclia to hand over these tickets. Taking into account that Taraclia is the center of the Bessarabian Bulgarians, they preferred to have seats in the Bulgarian supporters’ stand.

"Last week, we had a meeting with representatives of the football community from Taraclia. They expressed wish to go to the match and the ARBOM Association provided them with 80 tickets and the opportunity to support the Bulgarian team," said Plamen Milanov.

Almost the entire Levski Trakia football team, sponsored by ARBOM, will also go to the match.

"It is the first time we will go to watch a national teams’ match, and we hope it will be an interesting and spectacular game with many goals," said Dmitri Todorov, the head coach of the football club from Taraclia.

The players of the team supported by ARBOM are also delighted with the opportunity they have been given.

"I have never in my life been to such matches. It will be the first time I watch such a game. I think I will experience many positive emotions. I will support the Bulgarian team, but I also want to see beautiful football," said Piotr Paslari, one of the Levski Trakia players.

Among the spectators, there will also be young players who dream of a career as professional footballers and are presently training at the sports school of Taraclia.

Levski Trakia will benefit from financial and legal support from the ARBOM Association, so that the team from Taraclia can reach the national professional football championships of Moldova.

This project, as well as other initiatives for the Bessarabian Bulgarians is financially supported by Bulgarian businessmen Plamen Milanov and Dimitar Ganev.
