The safe maneuvering is necessary, in order to prevent the bacteria from the raw meal to trigger infections. If forms of the bacteria are discovered in products, following the carrying out laboratory tests, the toxins of which pose danger for health, these products are destroyed immediately,’’ ANSA said.
At the same time, the Agency warns that the safest way to prevent the contamination, especially in the warm season, is to avoid the consumption of meat, eggs, cheese, non-pasteurized milk, etc. from uncertain sources.
