
Railway of Moldova enterprise re-launches passenger train route Chisinau-Kiev
Chisinau, 28 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Railway of Moldova (CFM) enterprise today informed that it would re-launch the international passenger train Chisinau-Kiev. Tickets can be bought at the desks of the Chisinau railway station starting from 24 October.
Thus, as of 6 November 2022, the regular train Chisinau-Kiev will leave for Ukraine according to the following schedule:
The departure from Chisinau will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 17:45. The train arrives in Ungheni at 21:21 and in Kiev – at 11:48.
The train sets out in Kiev to Chisinau on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays at 17:02. It arrives in Ungheni at 7:53 and - in Chisinau at 10:38.
The length of the travel is of about 13 hours.
The cost of one travel ticket is between 900 and 1,260 lei on 5-10 November and between 870 and 1,215 lei starting from 11 November.
The train route Chisinau-Kiev was ceased on 2 October 1998.
