Technical Supervision Agency has new management
Chisinau, 22 November / MOLDPRES / -Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spinu, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development introduced today new director Ion Moraru and deputy head Veaceslav Șipitca to employees of the Technical Supervision Agency (AST).
The official wished success to the new leadership of AST, noting that it can count on the support of the ministry. At the same time, Andrei Spînu asked the new management to show professionalism, responsibility and integrity in terms of improving the quality and safety of constructions.
"My expectations are that illegalities and corruption in construction will be ended. We no longer tolerate idle roads, buildings built anywhere. Moreover, I request that all public petitions where there are complaints in the field of constructions be re-examined, to be examined and resolved as the law says. I don't want to get to this, but if it will be an illegal construction, from today on, you should know that it will be demolished or requested that the road be rebuilt ", Spinu said.
Ion Moraru studied at the Technical University of Moldova, Faculty of Urbanism and Architecture. He has held several positions as an architect and director at several companies specializing in architecture, urban planning and related services.
Following the competition, Veaceslav Șipitca qualified for the public position of deputy head of AST. He held several positions, including technical expert in industrial safety in the field of gas supply, design engineer, as well as head of the industrial security expertise section at the Technical Center for Industrial Safety and Certification.
