According to the agenda, the event will bring together political leaders, European officials, civil society representatives, youth, entrepreneurs and experts from member and candidate countries, in order to discuss the future of the enlargement process and its role in strengthening European security.

The forum will be opened by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, via a video message, and EU Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos, who will deliver an inaugural speech.
