Deputy PM for reintegration has meeting with first resident Ambassador of Estonia to Moldova

Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri on September 28 met the first resident Ambassador of Estonia to Moldova, Siiri Königsberg.

The sides reviewed the main developments in the Transnistrian settlement process, with particular emphasis on economic, social and humanitarian issues, as well as on the actions undertaken by the Moldovan authorities to promote sectoral reintegration and implement development programmes for the benefit of the region’s citizens.

The deputy PM congratulated his interlocutor on assuming her diplomatic mandate in Chisinau and expressed his full readiness to continue contributing to the strengthening of the bilateral Moldovan-Estonian relations in areas of common interest.
