The assigning of the energy vulnerability category will be made automatically by the information system starting from 26 November 2023, according to the criteria approved by the government. The citizens will be able to visualize the category assigned in the personal office, on the first days of next December. The energy vulnerability category will be established based on the ratio expressed in percentage between the expenses for the energy resources and the income available for paying the energy source. There are seven vulnerability categories for the 2023-2024 cold season: extreme, quite high, high, medium, low, primary and without vulnerability.
As many as 635,000 applications have been submitted to the platform www.compensatii.gov.md so far.
