
Moldovan PM to participate in meeting of parliamentary group of German Bundestag's Christian Social Union
Chisinau, 7 January /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita on 6-8 January is on a working visit to Germany, where she participates in a closed meeting of the parliamentary group of the German Bundestag’s Christian Social Union, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
The participants in the traditional meeting of the CSU group from the beginning of the year will discuss the present security and economic challenges, the migration issue, as well as the consequences of the war started by Russia against Ukraine on Germany and the entire Europe.
The Moldovan PM will give a speech to the German lawmakers, after which she will hold a news conference jointly with the leader of the CSU parliamentary group of the German Bundestag, Alexander Dobrindt.
Also, Natalia Gavrilita will have a string of bilateral meetings with European Parliament President Roberta Metsola, the leader of the European People’s Party (EPP) from the European Parliament, EPP president, MEP Manfred Weber, as well another officials and business people from Germany.
