Moldova, USA sign partnership to counteract manipulation of external information

Chisinau, 18 September /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova and the United States have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the counteraction of the manipulation of external information. The document today was signed by Special Envoy and Coordinator of the Global Engagement Centre of the U.S. Department of State James Rubin and Secretary General of Moldova’s State Chancellery Artur Mija.

„The United States of America is proud to conclude an official partnership with Moldova, in order to counteract the external information manipulation. Together, we commit to cooperate, in order to consolidate the resilience and reduce the impact of the external information manipulation,’’ the U.S. Embassy in Chisinau said.

Special Envoy and Coordinator of the Global Engagement Centre of the U.S. Department of State James Rubin is on an official visit to Moldova.
