Chisinau, 16 September /MOLDPRES/- The Constitutional Court validated the MP mandate of Viorel Barda, alternate candidate on the list of the Action and Solidarity Party. He was presented to colleagues today in the plenary of the Legislature.
Earlier, the Parliament took note of the resignation request, submitted by Zinaida Popa, deputy from the PAS Fraction and declared vacant the mandate of deputy, which belongs to the respective party.
