Tofan Government’s 100-day report to be presented on 5 November

The activity report for the first 100 days of the government led by Vasile Tofan will be presented on November 5, one day after the publication of the European Commission’s report on European Union enlargement. The prime minister made the statement during Raport podcast.

“Yes, we will have a report. I believe it is right to report to the Moldovans who entrusted us with this position. The date we decided on is November 5,” Vasile Tofan said.

He explained that the presentation was scheduled for the day after the publication of the European Commission’s report, set for November 4, because European integration is one of the government’s priorities.

“We thought it was important to have the report on the 4th first and then deliver our report on the 5th, because, after all, integration into the European Union is a very important deliverable for this government,” the prime minister said.

The government led by Vasile Tofan received a vote of confidence from Parliament on July 21, 2026, with the support of 53 lawmakers, and the Cabinet members took their oaths of office on July 22. The government’s activity program, titled “European Economy, Effective State,” sets out five priorities: relaunching the economy, accelerating European integration, increasing the efficiency and digitalization of the state, strengthening security and the rule of law, and improving citizens’ quality of life.
