President conveys congratulatory message to believers celebrating Resurrection of Lord today

President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu sent a congratulatory message to all believers who are celebrating the Resurrection of the Lord today. In the context of the Easter holidays, the head of state emphasized the fundamental spiritual values that define this period, calling on citizens to remain united.

The head of state highlighted the symbolic power of the Light of the Resurrection, considered a benchmark for the inner balance of every citizen. The official expressed the wish that this holiday would bring a fresh breath of confidence in the future.

“Warm thoughts to all those who are celebrating the Resurrection of the Lord today. May the light of the holiday restore your peace, hope and confidence. Blessed Easter!”, the message reads.

On Sunday, April 5, the Roman Catholic Church celebrates the Resurrection of the Lord.
