All private events to be organized without limiting number of guests
Chisinau, March 15 / MOLDPRES /- All private events, such as weddings, baptisms can be organized without limiting the number of guests. Limitations on the number of customers in public catering establishments, theaters, cinemas, performance halls, sports / fitness centers or leisure areas are also disappearing. A decision in this regard was taken yesterday by the Extraordinary National Commission on Public Health.
Starting with March 16, the wearing of protective masks will be mandatory only in public transport, medical institutions, placement institutions, retail units, shopping centers and pharmacies. Public health professionals continue to recommend that citizens wear masks in all enclosed public spaces, especially in common areas and areas with potential for congestion. At the same time, in order to protect themselves from SARS-CoV-2 infection, people are urged to follow the rules of respiratory hygiene and hand hygiene.
CNESP members also decided to exclude the obligation to present the COVID certificate when entering all enclosed spaces. Also, large outdoor events, such as festivals and sports will be able to take place without restrictions on the number of spectators.
Another CNESP decision concerns access to the territory of the Republic of Moldova. Thus, entry will be allowed to both citizens of the Republic of Moldova and foreigners without presenting the COVID certificate. All planned relaxation measures will take effect on 16 March.
