UPDATE // Customs Service's information systems operating normally
UPDATE // 9:20 a.m. The technical issue reported earlier has been resolved, and all information systems are operating normally.
The Customs Service announces that one of the information systems used in the border control process is experiencing a technical issue this morning. To prevent traffic disruptions, the authorities have ordered the implementation of alternative registration procedures.
According to the Customs Service, the malfunction has not led to the suspension of passenger and vehicle traffic through the border crossing points.
“Until the issue is resolved, alternative registration procedures have been implemented so that passenger and vehicle traffic is not suspended,” the institution said.
Specialists are currently working to restore the functionality of the information system. The Customs Service says it will provide further updates on the situation and the resolution of the technical issue.
