Honor Guard to represent Moldova at parade in Kiev
Chisinau, 20 August /MOLDPRES/- Soldiers of National Army Honor Guard Company will participate in a parade in Kiev on 24 August, on Independence Day of Ukraine.
The Moldovan contingent, made up of 30 officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers, will scatter Khreshchatyk Boulevard in Kiev, along with military from 15 other countries, the public relations department of the Ministry of Defense said.
The National Army military will be led by Major Vasile Ojoga, and the State Flag will be worn by Sergeant Valerii Bat.
Moldova will participate the second year in a row in the military parade in Ukraine.
