New raids on electoral corruption and money laundering cases
Anti-corruption prosecutors, in collaboration with officers from the National Investigation Inspectorate and police officers from the Special Purpose Police Brigade Fulger conducted searches this morning at new locations targeted in a criminal case of electoral corruption and money laundering.
According to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, the case involves voter bribery, illegal financing of political parties, initiative groups, and electoral competitors, acts committed on a large scale, as well as money laundering carried out by an organized criminal group.
The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office announces it will come back with details.
