President conveys message of appreciation on International Women’s Day
President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu today conveyed a congratulatory message to the women of the country on International Women’s Day, highlighting their role in the development of society.
“Moldova is stronger thanks to the courage, dedication and work of women. I wish you all health, respect, and confidence in your own strength,” Maia Sandu said in a post.
International Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8, is dedicated to recognizing the contribution of women to society in areas such as family, education, economy and public life.
