VIDEO // Moldovan parliament speaker conveys message for Children's Day
Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu has conveyed a congratulatory message to children, on the occasion of International Children's Day, marked annually on June 1.
The speaker encouraged children to believe in their own strength and in their ability to contribute to changing the society.
“Dear children, you are the ones who make the world a better place. Believe in yourselves, in your dreams and in your power to change the future. Happy Children's Day to all of you!”, Igor Grosu said in a post published on the occasion of Children's Day.
The International Children's Day is celebrated every year on June 1. In Moldova, June 1 is a non-working public holiday.
