Protests and violent incidents in Northern Ireland

The Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland recommends that Moldovan citizens exercise increased caution, avoid areas where demonstrations or other public disturbances are taking place, and follow information and recommendations issued by the local authorities. The warning is issued in the context of protests and violent incidents in Northern Ireland.

The diplomatic mission also advises citizens to take into account possible disruptions to transport and public services.

“Citizens are urged to prioritize their personal safety, stay informed about how the situation is evolving, and comply with the instructions of the competent authorities. The Embassy continues to closely monitor developments and will provide additional information when necessary,” the mission stated.
