President Maia Sandu today held a news conference, during which she outlined the priorities of the presidential institution for the 2026 year. The head of state emphasized the importance of European integration and the fight against corruption, noting for the first time that the health of children, as they are exposed to risks in the online environment, would be a major priority of the government.

Throughout the conference, the president answered numerous questions from journalists, addressing topics of public interest and providing clarifications regarding the country’s European path, justice reforms and measures for protecting children in the digital environment.
