‘’March will be an intense month full of cultural events. It is already shaping up as a tradition, as it is the second year that Martisor is not only taking place in the capital, but throughout the country. At the same time, we want the Martisor phenomenon to be present worldwide; for the moment, the world remains Europe for us,’’ noted Minister of Culture Sergiu Prodan.

Events within the Martisor Festival will take place in various key locations in Chisinau, including the National Palace, the Organ Hall and the Serghei Lunchevici National Philharmonic. These cultural institutions will host numerous concerts and artistic productions, bringing together renowned artists of the country and from abroad.

‘’We want a grand culmination of the Martisor Festival with a grand production. All Moldova Concert productions at the National Palace are supported by the Ministry of Culture. Therefore, buy tickets, create memories,’’ General Director of Moldova-Concert Organization Andrei Locoman said.

‘’At the Organ Hall, we have prepared a special schedule which shows both our musical heritage and openness to international cultural heritage,’’ said Larisa Zubco Director of the Organ Hall.

‘’The National Philharmonic gave birth to this festival. The Philharmonic Orchestra does not currently have a home and from this perspective, we will have events in the country and even abroad. Of course, we will also organize a few stationary concerts,’’ said Svetlana Bivol, General Director of the Serghei Lunchevici' National Philharmonic.

The Martisor' Festival 2025 promises a March full of events, uniting established artists and culture lovers in a true celebration of spring through art. The first edition of the Martisor International Music Festival was held in 1966 at the Serghei Lunchevici National Philharmonic from Chisinau.
