
EUR, USD to cheapen against MDL in early September
Chisinau, 24 August /MOLDPRES/ – The official exchange rates for the main reference currencies set for 24 August by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM) will remain in force until 03 September 2018.
Thus, at the end of this week and next week, EUR will have an official price of MDL 19,36, and USD will cost MDL 16,70.
The Romanian leu (RON) will have the value of MDL 04,17, the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and Russian rouble (RUB) will cost MDL 0,59 and MDL 0,24, respectively.
Instead, in early September, EUR and USD will cheapen, according to the official exchange rates displayed today by the BNM. Thus, on Monday, 03 September, EUR will decrease MDL 0,03 and have an official rate of MDL 19,33. USD will be cheaper by MDL 0,01 and cost MDL 16,69.
And the Romanian leu (RON) will cost less with MDL 0,01. Its value will be MDL 04,16. The Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) will remain at the last quotation and will be worth MDL 0,59. The Russian rouble (RUB) will cost MDL 0,24.
Next week, the budget employees will have a miniholiday, after 28, 29 and 30 August were declared days – off by the Government.
