Fuels cheapen in Moldova; National energy regulator sets new prices

Fuel prices are dropping. Thus, the petrol cheapens by 0.06 lei and diesel - by 0.03 lei.

Specifically, the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) announced for July 24 a maximum price of 23.24 lei per one liter of petrol, down by 0.06 lei.

At the same time, the diesel prices decrease 0.03 lei and will cost a maximum of 20.69 lei per one liter.

The maximum retail prices for standard type main petroleum products are set by ANRE, taking into account the average value of Platts quotations, the official average exchange rate of the Moldovan leu against the U.S. dollar, specific commercial margin, excise quota and the quota of the value-added tax.
