Lufthansa expands flight frequencies from Chișinău Airport to Frankfurt
German airline Lufthansa has announced that, starting with the summer season, it will increase flight frequencies on Chișinău – Frankfurt route, offering passengers up to five weekly flights, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, to one of the largest aviation hubs in Europe.
"This increase in frequencies addresses the growing demand for direct flights to Frankfurt, a major global connection center. Passengers will thus have more travel options, improved access to Lufthansa's extensive destination network, and fast connections worldwide," explains Chișinău International Airport.
Lufthansa is one of the largest and most prestigious airlines in the world, part of the Lufthansa Group. It returned to Chișinău International Airport in the spring of 2024, connecting passengers from the Republic of Moldova to its vast network of international destinations.
